MasterForge provides digital audio mastering services through monthly subscription plans. As a digital service provider operating within the European Union, we comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Finnish consumer protection laws.

If you have not used any of our mastering tools (uploaded or processed audio files), you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund under this guarantee:
- Contact us within 14 days of your subscription start date
- Confirm that you have not used the mastering services
- Refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method
Digital Service Usage
⚠ Important Notice
By subscribing to MasterForge and using our mastering tools, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital services. Once you upload and process audio files, your right to withdraw under the 14-day cooling-off period is waived in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
This means:
- Once you process your first audio file, the service is considered "used"
- No refunds are available for subscriptions where mastering services have been utilized
- This is standard practice for digital services that are immediately accessible
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account and click "Manage Subscription"
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time
- You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation
Technical Issues
If you experience genuine technical problems that prevent you from using the service:
- Contact our support team with details of the issue
- We will work to resolve the problem promptly
- If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a refund or account credit at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Your Rights
As a consumer in the European Union, you have rights under:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
- Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Ombudsman (Kuluttaja-asiamies) or the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta).
